Blue Aster Studio

Blue Aster Studio is a small art and design business based in Bloomington, IN. We take our experiences with plants and animals and turn them into fun stickers, buttons, and art prints for nature lovers. We have been obsessed with monarch butterflies since we began adding habitat to our own yard in 2010. They've been an important subject of our artwork from the earliest days of Blue Aster Studio, and we've been proud supporters of the Monarch Joint Venture's conservation efforts since 2019.

BorderLife

Established in 1998, BorderLife is an expert on the US/Mexico Border and provides cross-border tours as well as Nectar and Milkweed planting excursions throughout San Diego County and beyond. BorderLife also creates beautiful steel and sterling silver jewelry. A portion of our sales from the jewelry, tours, and select merchandise, are donated to the Monarch Joint Venture.

Butterflies Jewelry

Butterflies Jewelry is an online store where you can find beautiful butterfly-designed jewelry that also helps in saving butterflies. All our jewelry is based around butterflies, and they feature all that we love so much in them: beauty, freedom, transformation, and change! Because we have a high passion and love for butterflies, we donate after every Butterflies Jewelry purchased 10% of our profits to butterfly preservation and conservation!

Crown Bees

The Crown Bees mission is to create vibrant communities of bee raisers by providing healthy cavity-nesting bees and supplies, quality support, and educational programs. Their processes and product designs are research-driven to ensure they are bee-safe and sustainability-focused. 5% of sales using this link will be directed to the MJV.

Four Stages Tea

Withering, rolling, oxidation and drying. The Orthodox tea making method consists of these four stages. What else is four stages? A butterfly's life cycle. HandWords: Messages from the Heart

Handwords is a partnership of Art & Poetry created at Open Sky Studio & Gallery on the Gulf Coast of Florida. In 2020, Artist/Author Suzanne Elizabeth Murphy and Artist/Poet Percy Kleinops introduced their Handwords.com website to offer their fine art on giclee prints, greeting cards, note cards, poem cards, designer pillows, and other gift items. The Monarch Collection of Pillows and Note Cards were created from Butterflies Are Free, an original painting inspired by the Artist’s concern for the monarch butterfly’s diminishing numbers in the world.

Holly Yashi

Since 1981, Holly Yashi (Holly Hosterman and Paul “Yashi” Lubitz) have been making quality, handcrafted artisan jewelry in their Redwood Coast design studio in Arcata, California. They donate a percentage of every Bella Butterfly jewelry purchase to the Monarch Joint Venture.

IDEA Collective

Based in the Finger Lakes Region of New York, IDEA Collective offers environmental craft kits that invoke creativity, curiosity, and hands-on learning for children. It is our highest excitement to inspire young people to trust their creative impulses, enjoy the journey of learning, and create a more mindful earth. We believe we're only as strong as the communities that hold us up; all of our materials are ethically sourced from either local, small or American-made companies. A portion of our Monarch and Milkweed MakerKid Kit proceeds go to support Monarch Joint Venture. Together, let's combine our skills and passions to create real change and make the world a better place.

Juliet Whitsett Art

“Monarch butterfly (Danaus plexippus)” is part of the Threatened Texas series and is an archival print of original artwork by Juliet Whitsett. MJV's Wendy Caldwell provides background information on monarchs on the back of the artwork.

Mask Your Beliefs

Mask Your Beliefs is a small woman-owned business that creates unique and original graphics and artwork for the conservation of endangered and threatened species and issues affecting the environment. We create eco-friendly products with three designs that include t-shirts, crop tops, tank tops, hoodies, dresses, tote bags, face masks, stickers, and other accessories. We are passionate about the causes and issues that we produce conceptual graphics for, and each of our graphic illustrations is the original artwork that we create in our design studio in Northern Virginia. We put a lot of thought into every concept and message with the end goal of providing great products that you will love to wear and helping raise awareness for the effects of climate change on specific species that are threatened or endangered and the health of our planet. Our end goal is a positive change for the environment.

Monarch Essentials, LLC

Handcrafted skincare from the California foothills of the Sierra Nevada. Grown, harvested, infused, produced, and bottled on site. Our goal is to utilize California-native plants in our products and educate our customers about using organic/natural skincare, protecting habitat for the Monarch Butterflies and other pollinators, and the importance of planting milkweed and other California-native plants. A portion of each purchase of our products goes to monarch preservation and conservation.

At tentree, we make apparel using the most sustainable and comfortable materials in the world. For each tentree item sold, we plant trees, kelp and coral around the world where it is needed. With over 100 million trees planted to date, we're on a mission to plant one billion trees by 2030. 

As a certified B-Corp and Climate Neutral company, we're looking to team up with organizations who care about our planet and want to make an impact, which is why we're proud to support Monarch Joint Venture. Our milkweed planting efforts along the migratory route of the monarch butterfly will provide food and a safe place to lay their eggs. 

True Leaf Market

Since 1974, True Leaf Market has provided customers with premium non-GMO seeds. Inspired by our love for monarchs, we created the Save the Monarchs Wildflower Collection. 10% of all purchases go directly to the Monarch Joint Venture.

Wild Mountain

Wild Mountain produced four posters to support different environmental causes and will donate $20 from each poster sale to a corresponding charity supporting that cause. In addition, they are supporting these organizations with $1 from every season pass sold during the 2022-2023 ski season.
