The MJV partnership is guided by a national board of directors, who supports the staff in delivering effective conservation efforts in accordance with the North American Monarch Conservation Plan.
While leadership and staff are essential in providing structure for this partnership organization, MJV partner organization staff, volunteers, community scientists, educators, and many others provide the foundation for monarch conservation work throughout the U.S.
