The Great Monarch Meetup

Join hosts Monarch Joint Venture and the Rights-of-Way as Habitat Working Group for a family-friendly event bringing together people of all ages to celebrate monarch butterflies, pollinators, and the ecosystems they depend on. Through interactive activities, engaging exhibits, and hands-on learning experiences, attendees will connect with experts, conservation groups, and fellow nature enthusiasts from across Canada, Mexico, and the U.S.

The event is from 4:30pm-6:30pm.


All are welcome to attend this free event and be part of this international effort to protect these incredible butterflies!


What to Expect:

* Explore 15+ outreach tables and 6+ poster presentations showcasing monarch conservation efforts and research across North America.

* Enjoy hands-on activities designed for all ages.

* Browse a variety of native plants for sale.

* A raffle fundraiser with a variety of awesome prizes.

* Savor free snacks and unwind with a cash bar.
