Catherine Kitchin
Operations Manager
Catherine supports the operations side of MJV, providing overall assistance and leadership for its organization systems. Her primary responsibility is maintaining and building efficient processes to help MJV succeed. Catherine manages day-to-day financial and compliance functions that are essential to a growing nonprofit and, in doing so, better positions MJV and its staff to focus on mission-centered efforts.
Catherine is a lifelong North Carolinian. She graduated from NC State University with a BS in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Management and a minor in Nonprofit Studies. Prior to joining MJV, Catherine worked as an Operations Manager with a startup tech company and has a proven track record of scaling company operations. In her off-hours, Catherine enjoys going to concerts, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her dog and two cats.
